1. Introduction, Use, and Eligibility

Welcome to Tesla Institute of MRI Technology, Inc. ("Tesla MRI," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, educational programs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By enrolling in any Tesla MRI program, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in your Enrollment Agreement.

• You are obligated to fulfill all payment commitments as specified in your Enrollment Agreement
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your enrollment
• Refund policies are outlined in your Enrollment Agreement

3. Content Licensing and Ownership

Tesla MRI owns all content provided through its Services, including but not limited to:

• Course materials, curricula, and educational content
• Videos, images, graphics, and multimedia
• Software, applications, and technology platforms
• Trademarks, logos, and branding

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Share your login credentials or allow others to access content through your account

8. Indemnification
